Solvents distillation and regeneration

Distillation is a separation technique, which exploits the difference in boiling points of the different substances present in a mixture. It is used both to separate complex mixtures and purify substances.

Hazardous and non-hazardous special waste treated in this kind of plant are mainly solvents, varnishes, adhesives, pastes and/or waste, which chemical composition allows the recovery of part of the solvent organic fraction discarded by the industrial productive site.

The recovery of industrial solvents through distillation, guarantees to the client an optimum management of the exhausted product as the regenerated part can be put on the market again.

Moreover, Erica Srl is able, for those parts of the waste that cannot be recovered, to offer alternative disposal lines, which give a significant economic advantage. (See incineration).
